We all aim to live a happy life, but unfortunately all over the world there are people who are stressing about something. This could be related to work, family life, children, money or personal issues. It is crucial not to feel alone and to realise that delighted times do lay ahead for you if you are one of these people who are constantly worrying. Worrying is a really destructive habit and sadly it can take control of our lives and affect whatever that we do.
This is why I created this 2nd guideline. Can one assume that if you lived most of your life in a happy state, you lived a happy life? Obviously it would. And to count anything as a bulk, all you need is 51% of it. So if could purposely keep your ideas delighted for 51% of the day - which isn't much - you will lead a happy life.

Then we go from the unimportant to something quite profound - the individuals you who surround you. As far as is possible, gather to yourself those who are favorable. When they bring their negativity with them, unfavorable people can really undermine your efforts.
If you do not take care of yourself, no one else will. This does not mean that you require to be self-centered, however you do want to be sure that you pay cautious attention to your needs so that you can satisfy them adequately.
